I had a conversation recently with some people (who are connected with our business) and they asked if I could do anything to improve our low 2.5/5 rating on Yelp. They said that the other competitors around our area had 3.5 or more for their ratings. Sure! We could post up fake reviews by making lots of different accounts on Yelp.
No. Dropping all the way down to that level to improve our rating would be against what I believe in with the restaurant business. Successful restaurants serve great food and provide the best possible experience for the customers. If we fail because of our food and hot pot experience, then so be it.
Successful restaurants thrive from the feedback they receive from the customers. If you aren’t happy with something, please any of our servers know immediately. I don’t want any of you to leave angry and unhappy.
